ETHICAL LEADERS
Recently, I read about what it takes to develop an ethical leader from a book. This is from the author's perspective. But I felt like keeping it in a place so I can refer to it often, as a guide or more as a reminder.
ETHICAL LEADERSHIP
1. People of Integrity and decency
2.Confident enough to be humble. They are secure due to their character and competency
3.They are both kind and tough.
4 Transparent and honest
5.Aware that we all seek meaning in work
6.They are aware that what they say is important, but what they do is more important.
We should demand and develop ethical leaders, the kind of the leader one wants to follow and the kind to be followed.
