Boss and Bill

In a Boss pleasing culture, no one wants to see or talk about pitfalls in a self promoting passion. Specially when momentum is in one direction. Then there are lot of people whose goal is to jump in, into the momentum.... hoping to go for a piece of the winning glory.

Boss and Bill , went up the hill
To fetch a pail of big fat Bonus
Bill said what pleased the Boss
Boss heard nothing but what Bill said


Boss heard nothing else either
Self promoting passion with blind spots and pitfalls
Bill fell down and broke his crown
Boss and All came tumbling after

All , were left to mend their own crowns
While Bill went on to a higher post
Boss moved on to a new venture
Repeat , Boss and Bob went up the hill....



Accountability is only for those who follow rules, regulations and legalities...
For those who count on public emotions and  short human attention span...
Money, power and brain to navigate the loop holes in the system...
The relationship between Boss and Bill , is self serving and to win at any cost ....
The reality reminder laughs to itself,
'what are you going to take with you, when you leave this world.... Boss, Bill, Bob and ALL
Mend someone's crown... may be will take their blessings along ....sr

Today I had a discussion with my grad school friends, regarding an international political situation .Which involves the justice system and celebrities. I felt like, that I had some clarity on the topic from my perspective and shared the following opinion with them. This is how it went... 'I believe that we had a similar discussion in the past, about the public figures and celebrities...' We fail to make a clear distinction between ones performance as a celebrity and their personal values for life, as an individual. The quality of the person as a fellow Human being. Not how they look or how they talk , not just the similarities we are looking for , but as to know who they actually are at a human level. For most of them, we do not know much of their real self. We only know what they project themselves as or what media shows them to be. So I do not show blind devotion to a person even if they are great at their job, no matter how rich, famous and powerful they are.
